Offices, restaurants, retail and clinics framed, finished and fitted out with reception desks, millwork and feature walls.
A commercial space has to open on time and look right. Framing, doors, millwork and custom features all fall on the critical path. We work as a reliable carpentry partner for tenants, owners and general contractors, keeping to schedule and cleaning up as we go.
We frame partitions and soffits, hang doors and hardware, install trim and custom millwork, build reception desks, counters, display shelving and slat wall features and coordinate with drywall, electrical and mechanical trades. We work around business hours when occupied and respect the building rules. We attend coordination meetings when needed, review the reflected ceiling plans and finish schedules and flag conflicts early. Clear communication with the general contractor and the other trades keeps the carpentry on schedule and protects the opening date. We carry the tools, lifts and crews needed to work quickly in occupied buildings, and we leave common areas clean at the end of each shift. Reliable cleanup and clear daily updates make us easy to work beside on a busy site.
Commercial projects are driven by dates. We plan crews and materials and communicate clearly with the general contractor about sequence.
Reception desks, bars, display units and wood feature walls define a brand. We build them to the drawings with accuracy.
We control dust and noise and work in off-hours when needed.
Commercial buildings have rules for fire ratings and access. We build to drawings and coordinate with inspectors through the GC.
